We are a bunch of bass fishing fanatics based in Minnesota.

We have a highly active community on Facebook where we discuss largemouth and smallmouth bass fishing gear, tackle, techniques, and what’s working on our local fisheries.

9/28/24 – Rick Ruehling and Doug Saville are your 2024 Battle of the BassHeads Champions. Rick and Doug had 5 fishing hitting that scales at 19.76lbs to take 1st place, the $10k prize, and the championship belts.

8/27/24 – Kyle Schutta is your Champions Tour Champion as well as the 2024 Angler of the Year. Kyle caught 94 bass weighing in at 134lbs 7oz! Kyle wins a brand new Skeeter ZX200! What a day for Mr. Schutta!

8/6/24 – The final stop of the Class Bass’ Champions Tour regular season was held on the St. Croix River. Walker Krampitz became a two time Champions Tour winner with a total of 32 fish caught weighing 73lbs 130z.

8/4/24 – The final stop of the MNBN Team Trail Regular season was held on Gull Lake. Hayden Anderson and Damien Lutcherhand took home the win with 5 fish going 21.27lbs.

7/29/24 -Lucas Neill and Grant Weedman are your 2024 Blackfish Classic Champions! Lucas and Grant brought in a megabag of 23.51lbs of Tonka bass.

7/21/24 – The 3rd stop of the MNBN Team Trail took the anglers to Lake Mille Lacs! Chayse Barrett and Dustin Bliss took him the W with a 5 fish limit for 25.11lbs!

7/16/24 – The second stop of the Classic Bass Champions Tour was held on the Gull Lake Chain. One of Minnesota’s Bass fishing legends took home the W. Dean Capra stole the show with a total of 57 bass caught weighing 121lbs 4oz. His big bass weighed in at 4lbs 13oz.

6/25/24 – Classic Bass held their 2nd Annual Champions Tour Pro-AM Event on Lake Mille Lacs. And capturing back to back wins was Hunter Wendt with his Amateur Travis Wittwer. The had a 8 fish limit for 39lbs 40z with a giant smallie coming in at 6lbs 1oz for their big fish.

6/16/24 – Bob Schneider and Chris Eaton win the 2nd stop of the MNBN Team Trail Event on the Mississippi River Pools 4 & 5 with a 5 fish limit for 20.41lbs!

6/11/24 – The first stop of the Classic Bass Champions Tour was held on Lake Okoboji in Iowa. Hunter Wendt came out on top with 34 total fish caught with combined weight of 97lbs 13oz and a big fish of 4lbs 90z.

6/6/24 – Dane Dornbush and Sam Blundell crushed the field in the 44th Annual Minnetonka Classic with 6 fish that weighed in at 23.37lbs.

5/19/24 – Riley Arndt and Dakotah Kashmart win first MNBN Team Trail Event on Kabetogama with a 5 fish limit for 19.69lbs.

5/4/24-5/5/24 – The 26th Annual Dick Hiley St. Jude Bass Classic was won by Adam Bartusek and Matt Pangrac. Adam and Matt had a two day 6 fish a day limit weighing in at 42.85lbs. Adam and Matt took home the grand prize of $25k!

10/8/23 -Matt Larson and Brett Haimes win the 2023 Dicky Hiley St. Jude Bass Classic with a two day toal weight of 43.25lbs. Matt and Brett claim the $25k top prize!

9/23/23 – Sam Larsen and Joe Ohman win the 4th Annual Battle of the BassHeads on the Cass Lake Chain. Sam and Joe snatched up 20.93lbs to take the title belts and $10k.
